Return Period
We believe feeling good about your purchase is just as important as the product itself. At Healthy Vibes, your peace of mind matters and that’s why we’ve created a simple, stress free returns process. We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

If something’s not quite right, no worries. Just follow these quick steps to help us take care of your return:

• Contact us via email at Support@healthyvibes.ie
• Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You must contact us prior to returning any item. Items sent back to us prior to requesting a return via email, will not be accepted.
• Return items in their original condition and packaging
• Include any accessories, manuals, or extras that came with your order
• Once your return reaches us safe and sound, we’ll inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, we process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days — easy as that.

A quick note: You’re responsible for the return shipment until it arrives at our doorstep. So we recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

Lingerie and Intimate Wear
We adhere to strict hygiene standards. Lingerie and Intimate Wear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used to ensure the highest quality of products and customer safety.

Faulty or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a full refund or replacement where appropriate.

We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items. However, the product must be fit for resale (i.e., not opened or used).

Products such as sex toys, personal lubricants, intimate massagers, and other sealed intimate use items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed. This policy ensures hygiene, safety, and the protection of all our customers.
