Discreet Shipping and Billing

Shipping Locations: We deliver products exclusively to customers within the Republic of Ireland.

Your order will be typically dispatched the next working day. We will send you a confirmation email once the order has been sent. All orders will be packed in discreet packaging. Orders that are received before 1pm are typically dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day, but when possible, will also be dispatched on the same day. Please note all orders are tracked.

1. Discreet Shipping and Billing

Your credit or debit statement will show the charge as HV Ltd. If using PayPal the payment will show as PAYPAL *HV Ltd.

2. Same-Day Dispatch Commitment

We understand the importance of receiving your order quickly.

  • All orders placed before 1pm (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) are fulfilled within 1–2 business days.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We use An Post Express Courier (Irish postal service), therefore packages will be delivered by An Post.
  • If you wish to use OohPod secure lockers, please ensure to include your OohPod ID number on the delivery address.
  • Shipping is FREE in the Republic when you spend €70 or more. The standard rate of shipping is €6.95.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
  • Discreet Packaging: All products are shipped in discreet, plain packaging to protect your privacy. Every Healthyvibes.ie order is shipped in discreet unbranded packaging because we respect your privacy.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details allowing you to track your order in real time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or postal services.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Missing Parcels: If you have not received your order within 3 working days beyond the estimated delivery time for your region, please contact us at support@healthyvibes.ie with your name and order number. We will investigate the shipment immediately.
