We use An Post Express shipping across Ireland. Your order could be with you as early as tomorrow! We offer free shipping on all orders over €70 nationwide, including Dublin, Cork, Galway, and Limerick.

Returns & Warranties
What is the Returns Policy?
Due to strict hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on sex toys or lubricants that have been opened or used unless mechanically faulty.
Unwanted Unopened Items:
If hygiene seals are completely intact, contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return, and return the item within a further 14 days.
We replace any faulty product within its warranty period. Please contact support@healthyvibes.ie/ first so our team can help troubleshoot before returning.

Will I be put on a mailing list?
